The default free option is RoyalMail 48 service – untracked, and can take up to a week (though usually less). We cannot afford to offer a Tracked service free. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND upgrading to Tracked24 option for a small additional fee which is tracked and reliably arrives next day (if ordered by 2.00pm), or sometimes two days.
